These Terms govern your use of Creasion (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Creasion is a connectivity layer that lets you publish content to social platforms you connect, via a REST API and a hosted MCP server. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the platforms we integrate with.
Your account & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under them. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it is compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the terms and policies of each platform you connect. You must not use the Service to publish spam, illegal content, or content that violates a platform’s rules, and you must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you publish through the Service. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit that content solely to deliver it to your connected accounts.
Plans & limits
Free and paid plans have usage limits (connected accounts, monthly posts). Limits are enforced server-side. Paid plans and pricing may change with notice.
Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs, which may change, throttle, or reject requests outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creasion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from platform outages, rejected posts, or account suspensions by third-party platforms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
